If your RF Meter measurement range is set to maximum and the display indicates (“1…”) this attenuator will allow the HF-Analyzer (HF Analyser) to accurately display higher signal strength measurements and extend the range of your RF Meter.

Adding the DG20 to your RF measurement arsenal will:
Extends the measuring range of the RF Meters
Allows for 20dB or 100x higher field strength measurements in the frequency range of 10 MHz – 3 GHz

How it Works:

  • Attach the DG20 attenuator to a compatible RF Analyzer (RF Analyser)
  • Attach the LogPer directional antenna to the DG20
  • Power on the RF Analyzers (RF Analysers)  and configure appropriately
  • Hold the RF Analyzer with an outstretched arm
  • The analyzer will display the intensity of RF radiation on its LCD display
  • Simply multiply the measured value by 100 to obtain the actual value

Attenuator DG20_G10

Extend the measuring power of your RF Meter with the DG20_G10 Attenuator (20 dB or 100x High Frequency Signal Reducer)

If your RF Meter indicates a (“1…) on the far left of the LCD display, and measurement range is set to maximum, you are measuring a signal over the maximum signal strength of the RF Meter. The DG20_G10 attenuator will allow the RF Meter to display the higher signal strength measurements with accuracy and raise the measurement range of your RF Meter.

Adding the DG20_G10 to your tool kit will:

  • Allows for 100x higher field strength measurements and raise the measuring range of the RF Meters by a factor of 20 dB
  • High Field strength reduction power of 20 dB (100x) in the frequency range of 10 MHz – 10 GHz


How it Works:

  • Connect the DG20_G10 RF attenuator to a compatible RF Meter
  • Attach the UBB27 multi-directional antenna or LogPer directional the to the DG20_G10
  • Turn on the RF Analyzer and set up appropriately
  • Scan the area and hold the RF Analyzer with your arm extended
  • RF radiation power density will be displayed on the LCD display
  • Multiply the displayed value by 100x to obtain the true value
  • When using the HF59B or the HFE59B, power level adapter switches can be configured to automatically display the actual value

High Pass Filter – HP700_G3

This High Pass Filter will Remove Signals Below 700 MHz from the Measurement Spectrum and Aid with Source Identification – Compatible with: Standard Log-Per antenna and the UBB27 antenna of the HFE35C

 The growth and constant upgrade of wireless products and services has made source identification during RF environmental assessments increasingly difficult. 

Adding the HP700_G3 to your RF measurement equipmentl will:

  • Suppresses lower frequency disturbances when high frequency analysis is required
  • Effectively Suppress signals of amateur radio, radio and TV transmission signals which allows for isolation of RF emissions from cellular tower transmissions and other higher frequency RF radiation
  • Will isolate signals between 700 MHz – 3 GHz in the RF Spectrum
  • Effectively cuts off signals in the band of 10 MHz – 600 MHz

How it Works:

1) Attach the HP700_G3 filter to a compatible RF Analyzer (RF Analyser)

Amplifies Weaker Signals by 10x and Aids with Source Identification – Compatible with: Standard Log-Per antenna or the UBB27 antenna of the HFE35C, HF58B, HF58B-r, HF59B, HFE59B RF Meters.

Increase the sensitivity of your RF Meter with the HV10_27G3 Preamplifier (Amplification factor of 15dB (10x))

If your RF Meter measurement range is set to its finest range and you are suspicious of the presence of a weaker signal, this preamplifier allows the RF Analyzer to accurately display the weaker signal strength measurement.  

Adding the HV10_27G3 to your RF measurement equipment will:

  • Pinpoint small field strength signals which are below the lower field strength limit of the RF Meter
  • Extend the sensitivity of your RF Meter by 10 times in the frequency range of 27 MHz – 3 GHz
  • Allow for field strength measurement of RF signals which are off the low end scale of the RF Meter  


How it Works:

  • Attach the HV10_27G3 Preamplifier to a compatible RF Analyzer (RF Analyser)
  • Attach the LogPer directional antenna or the UBB27 multi-directional antenna to the HV10_27G3
  • Power on the RF Analyzer and configure appropriately
  • Hold the RF Analyzer with an outstretched arm
  • The analyzer will display the intensity of RF radiation on its LCD display
  • Simply divide the displayed value by 10 to obtain the actual value
  • If using the HF59B or the HFE59B, power level adapter switches can be configured to automatically display the actual value

Preamplifier – HV20_2400G10

Having issues finding a low-frequency source? The HV20_2400G10 is a little unit with a huge impact. It boosts sensitivity of RF Analyzers enabling you to precisely capture weaker field-strength signals.

Adding the HV20_2400G10 to your RF measurement equipment will:

  • Analyze RF field strength signals which would normally be below the limit of your  RF Analyzer
  • Increase the measurement sensitivity of a RF Analyzer by 100x (20dB) in the frequency range of 2400 MHz – 10 GHz


How it Works:

  • Attach the HV20_2400G10 preamplifier to the appropriate RF Meter
  • Attach the LogPer directional antenna to the HV20_2400G10
  • Configure the unit for measurement and power on
  • Scan the area of concern by holding the RF Meter with an extended arm
  • The meter will indicate the power density of RF radiation on its digital display
